Makes a great DYI cement like finish on plastic
"I love this stuff! I don't used it to fix concrete, I use it on plastic things like pots to make them look like they are made of concrete, but still light enough to move around. It sticks to plastic, unlike regular cement mixes and can be put on with a chip brush, and smoothed with adding a little water from a spray bottle. So much fun and looks so great."
