About Max

Our main warehouse is located in Miami, FL. However, we ship from 14 different warehouses within the contiguous United States.

We are exclusively an online store. Our products are shipped from various warehouses in the United States. We do not have a physical store for walk-ins.

We only ship within the contiguous United States. International shipments and U.S. territories outside the contiguous United States are excluded from our shipping policy. Please check our shipping policy for more details. (U.S. territories excluded include: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses).

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. These adjustments reflect factors such as market conditions, supplier costs, or promotional updates. We strive to provide competitive pricing and excellent value, but occasional changes may occur to ensure we can continue to offer quality products and services.

To convert your personal account to a business account:
1. Log in to your account and enter your dashboard
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, there you will find a banner to convert your account.

Please note once you decide to upgrade your account to a business account, your Max Rewards points will be automatically disabled. Remember that commercial entities, including businesses and resellers, are not eligible for the Max Rewards program.

Please note that once you’ve upgraded to a business account, there is no way to revert back.

Shipping

Currently, we do not offer overnight shipping, but we have other shipping options so you can choose the one that works best for you. Please check our shipping policy for more details.

Max Warehouse partners with proven carriers that offer insurance and tracking, including: UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

The following shipping types are available:

• Standard delivery: 1-5 business days (after shipping)
• 2-day delivery: 2 business days (after shipping)
• 1-day delivery: 1 business day (after shipping)
• LTL shipments: 1-5 business days (eligible for commercial orders weighing > 150lbs)

Shipping times may vary based on weather conditions, carrier delays, holiday delays, or other external factors.

Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number. If your order is placed before our cutoff time, it is processed the same day; if it is placed after our cutoff time, it is processed the next business day.

Normally, the handling process takes 0 to 2 days, but external factors can also delay it. When the order has been packed, the carrier will be notified to pick it up. As soon as the carrier receives the package, you will receive an email with the expected shipping date and tracking number.

Since we use an automatic system to handle packages, you cannot choose your package’s delivery carrier. Carriers are randomly selected from UPS, FedEx and USPS. Most of our packages are delivered by UPS.

It should be noted, however, that FedEx sometimes uses a hybrid shipping service when they pick up packages from our warehouse and start the shipping, but after arriving in the destination city, they hand the packages over to the United States Postal Service (USPS) for delivery to the end customer.

Returns & Orders

Returns can be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Please check our returns policy for more details.

Order cancellations are allowed up to 45 minutes after receiving your order confirmation email. After that time, it is no longer possible to cancel the order or stop the shipment. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you may do so through your account profile or by contacting one of our Experience Makers during business hours (8:00 AM EST to 7:00 PM EST).

Please send us a picture of how the product was received to our email address: info@maxwarehouse.com. Based on this information, we will assess the damage and get back to you as soon as possible with the most effective resolution. Please check our returns policy for more details.

Our recommendation is to wait 48 hours from the estimated delivery date to make sure the package arrives at the shipping address. Contact the carrier if you haven’t received the package after these 48 hours to find out where it can be found. If no solution is provided, please feel free to contact us by phone, chat, or email.

You can easily find your order number in the order confirmation email you received after purchasing. If the email isn’t in your regular inbox, check your promotions or spam folders. Alternatively, you can contact our Experience Makers and we can locate your order using the email address you used.

To request a packing slip, please contact our Experience Makers and we will send it to you via email.

We cover 30 days after you receive your item for all claims (damaged, defective, etc.) Please check our returns policy for more details. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for further warranty information.
