Shipping Costs

The shipping method and level of service you choose, as well as your order’s total weight, will determine your shipping rates. Shipping charges aren’t refundable.

To avoid any surprises at checkout, we’ve made these surcharges as transparent as possible. We’ve done this by clearly marking all items that require special delivery on our product pages and shopping cart. Simply enter your zip code to get estimated arrival dates and shipping costs.

Shipping Types

Max Warehouse partners with proven carriers that offer insurance and tracking, including: UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

The following shipping types are available:

• Standard delivery: 1-5 business days (after shipping)

• 2-day delivery: 2 business days (after shipping)

• 1-day delivery: 1 business day (after shipping)

• LTL shipments: 7-10 business days (eligible for commercial orders weighing > 250lbs)


Shipment times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) and are subject to carrier cut-off times and warehouse turnaround times. Shipping times start once the order has been processed and shipped. There is no overnight shipping available at the moment.

Our handling process generally takes 0 to 2 days, but be aware that external influences may delay the processing of your order. Email notifications will be sent to you regarding the product’s expected shipping date.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. The following U.S. territories are not eligible to receive shipping from us: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses. Once your order has been placed, you cannot change your delivery address due to state tax laws. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. Shipping and Order Confirmations

As soon as your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an email notification. Additionally, a second email pertaining to the expected shipping date will be sent. Upon availability, tracking numbers will be provided. Once your products are shipped, we recommend keeping them on hand.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are allowed up to 45 minutes after receiving your emailed order confirmation. You can cancel your purchase through your account profile or by calling one of our Experience Makers during business hours. Once that time has passed, we are no longer able to cancel the order or stop shipment.

Damaged Products

If you notice damage to a product while the carrier is on site, do not take possession of the affected product(s). The best thing to do is to take a picture of the damage, obtain copies of the paperwork from the carrier (if possible), and refuse delivery. You should then contact our customer service department to proceed with a replacement or refund if applicable. Learn more about our returns policy here.

If you notice damage after delivery, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product, take pictures of the damage, and return the product online, or contact our customer service team. If the product has been installed or altered, we cannot assist with complaints about damages, including visible and material defects.
