For the item to arrive at our distribution center in saleable condition, please repackage it exactly as it was delivered. In addition to the original packing slip, all return packages must include a blank warranty card, manuals, and accessories.It is recommended that you obtain a tracking number from the carrier when returning a package, so you can trace its progress until our distribution center receives it. In the event that a package is refused, undeliverable, or marked as unclaimed, it will be refunded once it is received back at our distribution center.
