Works Extremely Well

"This is a very strong and efficient pastry blender. It won't bend like other blenders do if you press down hard on cold butter, and the handle is tall enough to keep your hand out of the dough. By the way, if you look carefully at the handle you will notice the marks that guide your hand placement for the best ergonomic position for using the blender. All in all, the best pastry blender made."
