Where do I start?
"I ordered 2 cases of 25x25x1" air filters for my furnace on 26 Oct 21. The first case arrived in 2 days in great condition. My original delivery date for this order was 2 Nov 21, so I patiently waited until then for the other box to be delivered. When I checked the tracking it kept saying that FEDEX had no info on it. When the box didn't arrive by the 2nd, I notified the company and asked them if they could look into this issue. They let me know that the 2nd box was never picked up by FEDEX and no one caught the mistake. they also told me that they would send out a replacement shipment for the second box, but being as the shipment would be an inter-company shipment, it would have no tracking on it. The second box arrived a few days later in great condition, but instead of 25x25x1" filters, I received a case of 18x18x1" filters. So, I notified the company and explained this whole situation again. Their answer was for me to take a picture of the box I received and send it to them to prove it was the wrong size and then, either they could try again to ship me the right filters or they could refund my money for the 2nd box, which could take about 6 days to complete the process. I explained to them that I was fed up with this whole process and just refund my money. Then I get an email that says they are refunding to me the total amount of my order instead of refunding me for just the one box. Right after that I get another email that said they will be refunding just the amount of the one box. Ooooh! I'm so confused! All the way through this process, they apologized for the error with my order and kept telling me that this is not how they do business. That may very well be the case, but it is not what you tell your customers, it's what you show them. Unfortunately, this is the only online company that sells this size filters by the case, so we've elected to have our return vent resized to the 20x25x1" that it was originally supposed to be. We asked if we could send these filters back to their company and they said to keep them. What are we going to do with the wrong size filters? We've asked all of our friends and co-workers if they could use them and no luck. We even asked our heating and air conditioning company if they would take them for free. Nope! Next we are going to try Goodwill. We just hate to throw a years worth of filters in the trash!"
