This type 2 stove board has a modular design for installing multiple screens. Made with non-combustible materials, this heat-resistant board for stoves can be used with the protective screen shim assembly to protect walls from heat by reducing the space between the heater and combustible materials by 67% at a minimum distance of 12 inches. It can also be used with other heaters such as kerosene, gas stoves, and electric heaters. Note: Complies with ASTM E162 or ASTM E136
