OSI Quad Invisible is a crystal clear elastomeric, all condition sealant. The all season formula can be applied in a multitude of conditions including extreme heat/cold, as well as rain. Its proven wet surface application makes it perfect for sealing around windows, doors, siding and stonework on exterior surfaces, without having to worry about washout. This sealant is ultra-clear and UV resistant, so it is a true clear and will not breakdown or yellow over time as many silicones will. This sealant can be applied in temperatures from 0-120 degree Fahrenheit. Once Quad Invisible is completely cured, it is paintable and mildew resistant. Uncured sealant will clean up easily with mineral spirits. It also provides maximum flexibility, so it will not tear or pull apart from substrates when they contract and expand.
