Steam juicing is the quickest and most effective method for extracting pure juice from fruits. No straining is needed when you use the Victorio Steam Juicer because the steaming process keeps seeds, pulp and skins out. The procedure is simple. Add fruit to the top colander. As water heats below in the boiler pan, the steam will rise up through the holes in the colander and gently heat the fruit. The moisture from the fruit is released and caught by the juice kettle, where it is easily extracted through the juice hose. Constructed of sturdy aluminum, silicone coated handles, tempered glass lid. Includes silcone juice hose and stainless steel clamp. Colandar holds 10 Qt. of fruit. Juice kettle holds 4.5 Qt. of juice. Recipes included in the instruction manual.
