FAQs

Are there interest, fees, or hidden charges?

No. Zero interest. Zero fees. Zero hidden charges. You pay the same price whether you choose NET 30 terms or pay upfront. The only difference is timing—you get your order immediately and have 30 days to pay instead of paying today.

How long do I have to wait to find out I have been approved for NET 30?

Most decisions are made within 24–48 business hours. For larger credit requests, we may contact you to confirm the next steps in the process. Here’s how it works:

  • You apply → Complete the form
  • We review → 24–48 business hours, usually faster
  • You get approved → Email or phone call with the decision

What if my application gets denied?

If you're not approved for NET 30 terms, you can still buy from Max Warehouse immediately using other payment methods, including credit card, debit card, ACH, or check. Your application denial doesn't block you from shopping, and you're not locked out.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Your Account Manager will reach out to you directly. We're not sending a robot—a real person will call or email to help figure out what's going on. We work with you to get back on track. If there's a legitimate issue, such as a cash flow delay or invoice error, we can often work it out together. Repeated missed payments may result in NET 30 services being discontinued according to our policy.

How much credit will I get approved for?

Your approved credit limit depends on your business profile and financial standing. Applications are evaluated based on:

  • Business credit history
  • Financial standing
  • Purchasing history with Max Warehouse
  • Other relevant factors in our review criteria

Am I eligible for NET 30?

To apply for NET 30 terms, you need to be:

  • A registered business, such as an LLC, Corporation, Sole Proprietor, Nonprofit, etc.
  • Have completed at least 2 orders with Max Warehouse
  • Be ready to spend a minimum of $500+ on your NET 30 order
  • Have valid business information on file

How do I actually pay?

Once your NET 30 application is approved, you'll receive a detailed payment instruction email directly from Balance, our financing partner. This email contains all the information you need to make payments securely and efficiently.

Can I place new orders if I still owe money?

Contact your Account Manager to discuss your account status. They'll help clarify what actions are needed. Staying current on invoice payments ensures you can continue ordering smoothly and maintain your NET 30 privileges.
