The new Prima Deep Roasting Pan from Tramontina's Gourmet Collection makes it easier to achieve roasting perfection, including succulent meat roasts that are tender inside and beautifully browned on the outside. Made of heavy-gauge 18/10 stainless steel, the 16.5 in Prima Deep Roasting Pan comes with a basting grill and V-rack. These stainless steel accessories allow you to position and stabilize your roast or bird, elevated to facilitate basting and allow drippings to fall into the pan below. The pan can also be used for roasting large whole fish. Large cast stainless steel handles provide a comfortable, balanced grip making it easier to carry. Handles are secured with heavy-duty solid stainless steel rivets to accentuate the professional-grade construction. The Tramontina Prima 16.5 in Prima Roasting Pan is offered under a manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty.
