Product is good. Exactly what

"Product is good. Exactly what I ordered this time. Last time I ordered and wrong items were sent. Because of Covid-19, I didn't receive items until 18 months later as it was in my mailbox and I had not been able to get it until the US/Canada border opened Nov. 9/21. When I spoke to a representative, they refused to help me. I am now stuck with 6 of the wrong mantles. Customer service is POOR!!_x000D_ _x000D_ Most companies would listen and bend the policy because of Covid-19. This company, Max Warehouse does not listen and does not care."
