The PM550 is powered with COAST’s patented Alkaline Dual Power system which offers you the convenience of alkaline batteries (3 AA) and the cost efficiency of a rechargeable battery pack (available separately) so you are never without your light. With a simple twist of the bezel you get COAST’s patented Pure Beam optic system which allows the user either a big, beautiful, consistent flood beam to work up close or a tight, high intensity far-reaching spot beam to see long distances. The PM550 has an output of 1000 lumens. The magnetic base allows the user to attach it to any metal surface and the 180 degree rotating head puts the light beam anywhere needed.
