Custom Building Products introduces this thin-set mortar that offers good bond strength for most tile projects and is recommended for floor installations. This thin-set is suitable for setting Saltillo and other similar clay pavers. CustomBlend mortar for tile offers a good working time to apply and adjust tiles. Use gray mortar admix for increased performance when bonding dense tiles like porcelain and glass. Setting over Exterior Grade Plywood (EGP) can also be accomplished efficiently with this dry-set mortar. The adhesive mortar is even ideal for existing tile and exterior applications. CustomBlend thin-set cement meets ANSI A118.1 without additives. Whereas these clay pavers meet ANSI A118.4 and A118.11 when mixed with thin-set mortar admix.
