Feeling abused.

"I placed an order for a total of 7 boxes containing 12 filters per box which gualified for free shipping. 1 of the boxes came completely crushed so I sent it back for a replacement. This company refused to send me another one and refunded the cost. This forced me to have to place an order to get what I originally ordered and be charged full shipping. _x005F_x000D_ So if your considering ordering from this company an order big enough for free shipping cross your fingers that boxes get to you undamaged. Home Depot is the best way to get your filters."
