- Motor Speed Dial: easily select the fan speed. Choose from Low, Medium, and High.
- Pump: Switch the pump on to saturate the internal Xel50 Cooling Media.
- Air Swing Delivery System: for automatic oscillation, turn the swing switch on or off.
Choose the Water Fill Option of Your Preference
Manual Fill:
- Push on the spring-loaded front fill door for manual fill into the 10.3-gallon tank.
- Check the water volume through the water level indicator.
- When the water limit hits “FULL,” turn on the internal water pump.
Continuous Fill:
- During assembly, put together the continuous fill garden hose float adapter.
- The continuous fill method allows for a simple garden hose or serpentine connection that eliminates the need to manually monitor and fill the water tank.

Hessaire Evaporative Cooler Additional Features and Operational Information
- Fan-Only: Use swamp cooler on one of the three fan speeds without water just to propel air throughout a room.
- Cup Holder: Top cup holder is a great resting place for drinks.

- Before using the evaporative cooler, the pump must be primed according to the device's instructions.
- For efficient use, place the evaporative air cooler in front of an open window or door. Always remember to check that another door or window is open at all times, through which the air can escape from the room.
- In the summer season, always make sure to keep the filter clean.
- To dry the filter, you must keep the cooler on FAN ONLY for 30 minutes at the end of each day.
- Follow these recommendations before storing the evaporative cooler for the winter:
- First, clean and drain the evaporative cooler tank.
- Clean the filter.
- To dry the filter, reassemble it and run the FAN ONLY for 30 minutes.

A: The fan-only mode will not use the water for cooling, so the air will be warmer. Using the pump will pump the water and drop the pad inside, causing the fan to blow cooler air.
Q: Why doesn’t it cool right away? I just plugged it in, but it is not cooling.
A: You need to fill the water compartment to full to allow the water pump to prime. Once that happens, it will begin to cycle the water and within 15 minutes will be cooling efficiently

A: The Hessaire MC37V can cool up to 4 hours on one tank full. If you don't want to be always checking, you can hook up the unit to your garden hose, and the float valve will keep the evaporative cooler continuously filled.
Q: How easy is it to clean and change the pads?
A: It is effortless to replace or clean the pads. There are four screws on the back panel that you need to remove to access the pads. Lift them out for cleaning or replacing, then replace and reattach the panel.
