Can not trust MAX; products are GREAT!

"I needed to cancel my very first order (missed to add an item) so after calling them they said they could do nothing to cancel but I could "deny delivery", which I did. I followed the process of returning, making sure that the package got back to them. Waited for about a week since they received it but they did not refund me. I had to call in and ask for the refund. Yes, they did process the refund but have lost trust."
