Lost package by USPS

"have not received my package ORDER 181223MW with tracking number of 9400111108309827648017. Got this message from USPS. _x005F_x000D_ "Your package has a delivery exception. Your item could not be delivered or returned to the sender. It is being forwarded to a USPS mail recovery center where it will be processed._x005F_x000D_ _x005F_x000D_ Can you help? ( Every time someone sends via USPS it gets delayed. Why do you not use UPS or FedEx? Maybe more expensive to seldom there are delays.)"

Better than a 3-way!

"This was well designed and works as advertised. Yes, I did use it to replace a 3-way as I had tired of replacing the relatively expensive bulb when only one of the elements failed. This way I expect to be able to get a great deal more life out of less expensive bulbs as most of the time it will not be running at full brightness. The alternative would have been to build an external dimmer - of course at that point a dimmer for an LCD could have been used but the aesthetics/ease of use would have suffered."
