Wrong product shipped to me twice in a row!

"I ordered the Lux Timer Short Ring and was shipped the Long Ring model. Max Warehouse processed a no cost exchange and promptly shipped me the wrong product again. They refunded my order and let me keep the two Long Ring timers. I guess I will give them away."
