Inferior Product
"I bought two of these shelf units some time ago and needed more. The store where I purchased them was sold out, so I started searching on line. I was delighted to find them at Max Warehouse. I ordered three units and two arrived. Customer service was great and I ended up getting a credit for the missing unit which I really didn't need. The photo on line looked exactly like the two I had previously purchased, but when I unboxed the two that arrived, they were nothing like the two I already had. They are very flimsy and it's almost impossible to join the two units together unlike the two I previously purchased. The photo on the units I purchased from Max Warehouse also look like the two I already had, but the units are not the same. I'm unhappy with the manufacturer for not updating their product descriptions. I'm also unhappy that I paid two times more for the new inferior shelves than I did for the older ones. You can find much better shelves at Home Depot or Walmart for half the price. I should have returned them, but I had already unboxed and prepared to assemble them before I realized they weren't the same."
