Seems like a scam

"No one should ever buying from Max Warehouse. Fake great prices and fake great customer service, that cannot be delivered upon. After being assured that the items I ordered were in stock and would be shipped, my orders were unceremoniously cancelled because MW couldn't deliver. Don' buy from MW."

— Joe S. (1/5)

Great oven, but you’ll have to buy it elsewhere

"The Ooni koda16 is awesome. The day I got it, I made 4 pizzas that came out great. Had some family members over the following weekend and made 8 pizzas to feed the crew. Big enough to make s16â€"

100% Satisfaction Guarantee? Not really!

"The item arrived damaged. Damage was reported to retailer within 30 day time frame but they are expecting me to pay freight to return the item. So much for their 100% satisfaction guarantee listed on their homepage but no further details on their website."

— Unhappy C. (1/5)

Great Oven

"The oven shipped fast, and I converted it to natural gas the day it arrived. The Ooni Koda 16 heats up fast, as advertised (less than 30 min), and the center of the stone gets over 750 degrees. I've only used it a couple times so far, and now I'm in the process of perfecting my technique to make a great Neapolitan-style pizza."

— John M. (5/5)

Won’t buy from MaxWarehouse again.

"I am sure this pizza oven is nice - just too bad MaxWarehouse waited 8 days before telling me they could not fulfill the order, and now my birthday present is only a card with a picture of a pizza oven"

— Dorothy F. (3/5)

Folks who ordered this on

Product arrived within 3 business after I ordered it. Very happy with the purchase and with Max Warehouse!!"
