Brought to you by Custom Building Products is this SpeedFinish, the perfect patching and finishing compound. This self-leveling compound is fast-curing, cement-based patching and skim coating compound. The patching compound provides a smooth finish to various substrates before the installation of floor coverings. Besides, this cement repair is considered excellent as an embossed vinyl floor leveler. You can apply this wall patch from a feather edge up to 1/2" (13 mm) thick. Formulated with Controlled Cure Technology, SpeedFinish self-leveling concrete eliminates installation problems of bond failure. The floor leveling compound also eliminates the crumbling and staining of resilient flooring due to the free moisture found in traditional underlayments. It allows the installation of most floor coverings in as little as 15 minutes. SpeedFinish wall repair can also be used as a skim coat or encapsulation material over RedGard Waterproofing and Crack Prevention Membrane when installing resilient floor coverings.
